After following numerous leads, the U.S. Marshals had information that Mayberry was staying with a girlfriend on Marietta Drive. When deputies arrived they noticed Mayberry standing at an intersection and attempted to stop him. Mayberry ran off but was caught about a block away.Cincinnati Police have been cracking down on the "Grimmie Gang" over the past year.
