Darion J. Brodhead self-proclaimed member of the Bloods street gang pleaded guilty Monday in Ulster County Court to possession of a loaded handgun.
Darion J. Brodhead, 18, of Rondout Street, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a violent felony. He was arrested May 15 after city police stopped him for carrying an open container of alcohol near the corner of Van Deusen and Prospect streets.He faces up to 15 years in state prison and five years' parole supervision when he's sentenced by Judge Donald Williams on April 26.
