Man to be tried in cousin's death - Omaha.com: "Michael L. Ross Jr. to stand trial in the February shooting death of a pregnant woman.
Ross, 26, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of his cousin, Tiffany Ross.
Prosecutors said Tiffany Ross was shot in the head while sitting in a car Feb. 10 near 33rd Avenue and Erskine Street. Prosecutor Shelly Stratman alleged that the woman was caught in a shootout between Michael Ross and members of the 29th Street Gang.
Tiffany Ross was nine weeks pregnant at the time. Her unborn baby died about a week later, and she died March 10"
