Suspect held in Camden torture killings; laughs during arraignment | courierpostonline.com | Courier-Post: "Kuasheim Powell tried to kill four people.He succeeded twice -- allegedly firing five bullets into the head of one victim, a prosecutor asserted Tuesday.Powell, 24, of Camden -- whom prosecutors say has strong gang ties -- occasionally shook his head and laughed at an arraignment hearing Tuesday.He was ordered held on $1 million bail for his suspected role in leading a group that tortured and killed a Burlington County couple on Feb. 22."
