CBC News - Montreal - Dany Villanueva's gang ties questioned: "photo of Fredy Villanueva and his brother, Dany, making the sign of the notorious Bloods street gang was the focus Tuesday at a coroner's inquest into the fatal shooting of the 18-year-old by Montreal police in 2008.
The photo shows the two brothers of Honduran origin in a vehicle. Dany Villanueva is in the passenger seat making a 'B' with his right hand. Fredy Villanueva is in the driver's seat making the same gesture.
Dany Villanueva, 23, has previously told the inquest into his brother's death that he had been a member of the Bloods."
