21-year-old man died, and a 44-year-old suffered life-threatening injuries. A memorial at the scene identified the dead man as Steve Sok.

A neighbor of Sok's told KOMO/4 the victim was in a gang, but his mother denied the allegation. The Seattle Police Department's gang unit was at the shooting scene early Sunday morning.

Here's the video, taken by a man who lives across the street and captured the footage on his iPhone. The clip doesn't show the shooting, but has audio of the eight shots fired.

The audio and the sound of a person screaming after is disturbing.
