Gang member and girl, 15, shot while tagging on Southwest SIde :: CHICAGO SUN-TIMES :: Chicago Crime: "known gang member and a 15 year-old girl were shot while tagging a sidewalk Wednesday night on the Southwest Side.
The 19-year-old man and 15-year-old girl were shot about 10:25 p.m. in the 5900 block of South Washtenaw Avenue, police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro said.
They were sitting outside of a house on the 5900 block of South Washtenaw Avenue and “drawing on the sidewalk” when two gunmen approached and fired shots at the man, who ran south on Washtenaw, police said.
The victims -- who are friends -- were tagging the wall and sidewalk, and neither lived at the address, police said.
The man, a known gang member, was shot 11 times, police said."
