Man who shot at gang rival across busy Southeast Portland street will do 3 years in prison | OregonLive.com: "Anthony Dwain Bell was arrested after shooting at least six bullets near Southeast 92nd and Holgate Street -- close to Lents Park -- in January 2009. No one was hit, but a round shattered the window of a passing SUV, and a mother of two reported pushing her children to the ground. Two auto mechanics chased Bell, who reportedly turned around and fired at one of the men to get him to stop."
