Teen shot Tuesday night near Rainier Avenue South: "teen was alert and conscious when medics arrived, Seattle Fire Department spokeswoman Helen Fitzpatrick said. The incident happened about 6:35 p.m. The teen was rushed to Harborview Medical Center.
The shooter fled in a compact sedan on Wabash Avenue South toward Rainier Avenue South, police spokesman Jeff Kappel said."
