Grand jury to hear case of suspects in gang fight - Utica, NY - The Observer-Dispatch: "six defendants - whom police previously said were members of the Asian Boyz - were charged following a large fight in East Utica on July 13 that left a young female with scratches on her arms and a head injury. The fight was against LES, or the Lower East Side, police said.

The defendants in the case - Saw Pa, 16; Hto Htoo, 18; Ruby Sein, 19; Lwi Pee, 17; San Lin, 16; and Deania Lay, 17 - each were charged with felony second-degree assault and misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child, fifth-degree conspiracy, and second-degree riot.

Lin, Lay, Sein and Htoo also were charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both misdemeanors, police said."
