Police believe 19-year-old's deadly shooting is gang-related | p - News - The Orange County Register: "19-year-old man was found fatally shot inside a vehicle early Sunday after what police believe to be a gang-related shooting.Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of West St. Andrew Place at 2:39 a.m. of shots fired. The victim was found seated inside a white SUV with multiple gunshot wounds. The Fire Department and paramedics responded, but he was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.'At this time, the incident is believed to be gang-related,' police Cmdr. Steve Colon said. 'Detectives from the Santa Ana Police Department gang detail are handling the investigation.'The victim's name is being withheld pending notification of his family, Colon said"
