two Kingston teens charged with attempted murder in the shooting of a 20-year-old man have ties to the Bloods street gang, a state police official said on Friday.

Police arrested the two 16-year-olds, Brandon L. Jones of Pine Grove Avenue and Eban X. Woullard of Henry Street, at 4:10 a.m. Thursday in Kingston in connection with the Wednesday afternoon shooting on Deerfield Road in Boiceville, near Onteora Middle/Senior High School.

Their gang link was divulged by state police Senior Investigator Peter Kusminsky.
