Bloods gang member faces life in prison for fatal shooting in Elizabeth | NJ.com: "member of the Bloods street gang faces life in prison after being convicted in the shooting death of an Elizabeth man, authorities said today.
Eric Birthwright, 24, was found guilty of murder Thursday after a month-long trial before Superior Court Judge Stuart Peim, said Assistant Union County Prosecutor James Donnelly.
The jury found Birthwright, a confirmed member of the Bloods, shot Wiley Kinman, 35, three times on Nov. 14, 2006, outside building 39 of the Mravlag Manor public housing complex at Bayway and Maple avenues in Elizabeth."
