Youth, 17, stabbed to death in horror attack - Evening Times | News | Editor's Picks: "The 17-year-old, who has not yet been named, was left lying in a pool of blood, with injuries to his upper body, in Pollokshaws Road near to the entrance to Pollok Park.
The victim’s friends, who were with him at the time, watched in horror as he was savagely attacked by the gang.
Officers swooped on the area following the attack which took place around 11.50pm last night.
Emergency services raced to the scene and several streets were immediately cordoned off.
Paramedics treated the teenager at the scene before he was rushed by ambulance to Victoria Infirmary where he later died.
Two cars, a BMW and the Mitsubishi sat beside each other today with their number plates covered near the entrance of Pollok Park, but it was not immediately clear how they were involved.
A young man, who said he was a friend of the tragic teenager, arrived at the scene in a distressed state"
