Sary Svay is scheduled to appear in court this morning for further arraignment on a long list of charges, including two counts of murder, multiple counts of attempted murder and enhancements for membership in a criminal street gang.
San Joaquin County Deputy District Attorney Kevin Mayo said Svay is suspected in the fatal shootings of Claude Eugene McCormick, 50, and Oscar Eguis-Cazares, 46. They were AdForce security guards assigned to the Park Village Apartments, 3830 Alvarado Ave.
They were found shot to death early June 2, 2009, sitting in their cars, parked side by side in the complex's parking lot."
