Police: Maple Valley teen who shot two a Juggalo gang member: "Maple Valley man teen accused of shooting two other youths on a popular walking trail has been charged with first-degree assault.

King County prosecutors say Shayne Willis, 19, managed to wound two other teens on Tuesday with a single shot following an argument on the Lake Wilderness trail. In charging documents, police claim Willis was dressed as a Juggalo -- a gang associated with the Insane Clown Posse band -- when he fired on the other teens.

Currently housed in a jail psychiatric unit, Willis stands accused of shooting a young man and young woman during a bizarre altercation that started with an argument over gang affiliation."
