3 Gang Members Charged With Murder On N. Hawthorne Street, Including One Out On Bond For Prior Killing

Investigators with the Chattanooga Police Department’s Homicide Unit have identified three gang members in connection with the homicide of 39-year-old Steve Mosley on Monday afternoon at 1108 N. Hawthorne St. Charged are Ronald Cosper, 18; Devante Kearell "White Chalk" Stoudemire, 20, and Dustin Hayes, 18. Stoudemire, of 4610 Sunflower Lane, was out on bond for another murder - the slaying of JerMichael Richardson. Criminal Court Judge Barry Steelman lowered his bond from $350,000 to $75,000 after a hearing last year.
