OC gang member faces trial in murder-for-hire plot - San Jose Mercury News: "Thirty-two-year-old Alberto Martinez could face the death penalty if convicted in the death of David Montemayor, who was shot down on a Buena Park street in 2002 during a failed kidnapping attempt. Martinez was arrested by Buena Park police after a chase.
