The first shooting occurred around 1:20 a.m. Feb. 4, 2009, after Sanchez and fellow gang members had driven to the Tulare home of a rival gang member, prosecutors said. Members of the Sanchez group fired several rounds into the home, then ran to Sanchez’s vehicle and drove away, prosecutors said."
