Man blames Lodi shooting on gang link | Recordnet.com: "21-year-old man was shot in the right elbow around 9 p.m. Tuesday in front of an apartment in the 500 block of East Elm Street, Lodi police reported.
The victim, a Wilton resident whose name was not released, told police he was shot because he was a Sureño from a Latino street gang."
