Manuel Falcon-Lopez charged with attempted murder | State | NewJerseyNewsroom.com -- Your State. Your News.: "Manuel A. Falcon-Lopez, 22, a suspected member of the Dominicans Don't Play street gang, was arrested Thursday night at a Clifton Home Depot store where he worked as a stock room clerk, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
Falcon-Lopez was among a group of people who fired three shots at another group outside a Campbell Avenue home in April 2009. No one was hurt in the shooting, which is believed to have resulted from a feud between New York and New Jersey factions of the Dominicans Don't Play street gang.
In addition to an attempted murder charge, Falcon-Lopez faces weapons-related charges. He was held at the Bergen County Jail on $50,000 bail as of Saturday night, according to jail records.
Prosecutor John Molinelli thanked the Clifton and Hackensack police for their assistance in the case."
