how can a organization like the Hell's Angels let someone who has disgraced them like this live? In every criminal system, the only prohibitions deal with kids. To get sent to prison for kiddy porn, let everyone around the world to read about it and set yourself up to be manipulated by the FBI, DEA and Federal prison system is unthinkable. The system will just tell him they are going to put him into general population, and he will squeal so loud and so fast, that the whole MC will be put at risk.

The club will no doubt conduct its own investigation into the matter. I wouldn't be surprised if he was set up though, seeing as how the cops had the computer long enough to slide some files onto a hard drive, easy set up in my opinion...He would have had to keep his mouth shut in the club if he was into that though cause it would not go over well with them AT ALL

To bad the keyboard commandos who are so down on Dave didn't bother to get their facts before condemning a person. You must have missed the point where they LOST the two hard drives and the court and jury just took the guys word for it. Plus the fact that the drives were initially kept in the posession of the leader of the porn task force and not in an evidence lock up to insure chain of evidence custody. When it gets questioned, they disappear. Coincidence? Hardly. Just wait until it's your turn to prove your innocent tough guys.

Too what have we let the law become. A traffic stop warrants to search a residence? Who is to say what else was done with such powers. Please let us rise above this socialist way in our free (????) nation. The man has gotten too much power.
You really shouldn't believe everything your told. Alot of haters out there, straight ignorance. I know Dave Very well, and can say with complete certainty he is NOT the scumbag he's made out to be. He is a kind, caring man. Its sad to see what injustices he's a victim of.
