29-year-old Futo Charles refused to acknowledge Top 6 was a gang and denied being a member of the organization.

Circuit Judge Karen Miller said Thursday he took issue with the wording of the agreement in which 29-year-old Futo Charles refused to acknowledge Top 6 was a gang and denied being a member of the organization.
The plea deal had Charles serving 15 years in prison and required him to testify in trials against other alleged gang members.
Members of Top 6 say the organization is a music group. Authorities contend that Top 6 has about 350 members who control at least 10 predominantly Haitian or Haitian-American neighborhood-based gangs throughout Florida.
