Arthur Bullock Jr. pleaded guilty in federal court to engaging in a pattern of racketeering to ensure that no rival gang members encroached on 110's crack-selling territory. Bullock is the fourth member of 110 to plead guilty in the past two months. Charges against eight other alleged gang members are pending.
Bullock faces up to life in prison and a fine of $250,000 when he’s sentenced Aug. 25,23-year-old street gang member admitted Monday that he conspired with other members of the 110 Gang to use violence to control their drug trade on Syracuse’s south side.
