Gang member to go on trial in fatal shooting - Crime & Courts - BradentonHerald.com: "Jonathan Cabrera, 28, faces second-degree murder and aggravated battery charges in the April 2009 shooting of two men near the LaEscondida Bar, in the 5500 block of 14th Street West. One of the two men shot, 20-year-old Rodrigo Vasquez, later died from his wounds.
The case is scheduled for jury selection today, followed by a trial expected to run three days beginning Wednesday. Cabrera faces life in prison, if convicted."
