Accused Mexican Mafia member on trial for 2006 shooting | Pro 8 News.com - News, Weather, Sports - Laredo, Texas | Local: "Jaime Tomas Hernandez Rocha is facing one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for an incident that happened back in July of 2009.Rocha is accused of shooting a man twice at the intersection of Palo Blanco and South New York.Rocha was on parole at the time on a federal firearm possession charge.He is being held at Webb County Jail under a $150,000 bond."
