Boston gang member convicted of Providence murder - Projo 7 to 7 News Blog | Rhode Island news | The Providence Journal: "Dana Gallop, a member of a Boston street gang, was convicted Wednesday of the murder of Anthony Parrish, a member of a rival gang, outside a South Providence nightclub in 2008..
Gallop, 25, of Roxbury, Mass., was convicted of the first-degree murder of Parrish, 24, of Dorchester, Mass.; assault with a dangerous weapon on London Hardy, 37, of Malden, Mass.; using a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence; carrying a pistol without a license; and possession of a firearm after having been convicted of a crime of violence.
A sixth count was dropped shortly before the trial began"
