Gang member allegedly fires at teen in Fontana neighborhood - San Bernardino County Sun: "18-year-old man was arrested after he reportedly shot at a teenager in a Fontana neighborhood. Daniel Luna, Jr., 18, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and participation in criminal street gang activity, according to a Fontana police news release. Police later served a search warrant at Luna's house and allegedly found gang paraphernalia. A shooting was reported about 1:20 p.m. Thursday in the area of Iris Drive and Catawba Avenue. When officers arrived, they did not find any witnesses, victims, or evidence of a crime, according to the news release. After an investigation, police found out that a teenager had come into the area with the intent to have a fist fight with the suspect. The adult gang member took out a gun and tried to shoot the teen, but missed, according to the news release. The teenager was not injured."
