38 Bloods gang members indicted in Bronx - NYPOST.com: "Thirty-eight reputed members of the Bloods street gang and their associates -- including five involved in the stray-bullet shooting of a 15-year-old girl on her way home from school -- were indicted in The Bronx yesterday on murder-conspiracy and drug-trafficking charges, authorities said.
Disputes over drug turf ignited a feud in Morrisania between rival Bloods factions, authorities said.
Darrell 'Dutch' Joe, a Rikers Island inmate, allegedly ordered the Nov. 16 shooting that wounded Vada Vasquez, who's still recovering.
Bloods wannabe Carvette Gentles, 16, opened fire, hitting his target, Tyrone Creighton, twice and Vada once in the head, investigators said."
