iNews 880 On Radio. On Line. On Demand. - Edmonton CHQTAM: "local gangster Brandon Prevey was gunned down in Red Deer in April, 2009 it looked like his killers would get away with murder. Then the RCMP began closing in on suspects. They arrested three men and had a dragnet out for a fourth man.

Thursday afternoon, the combined Calgary Police - RCMP integrated fugitive apprehension unit raided a Calgary home and arrested 22-year old Brandon Cody Smith on a charge of conspiracy to commit murder.

Prevey, a member of Edmonton's Crazy Dragon's gang, became a target of Calgary's Fresh Off the Boat gang after an underworld falling out. He was sitting in a parked Jeep in Red Deer when a vehicle pulled up alongside and he was killed in an obvious gangland hit.

Police say all of the suspects in Prevey's murder have been arrested"
