62-count indictment charging members of the 10th Street Gang

wgrz.com | Buffalo, NY | FBI Needs Help Looking For Gang Member; 27 Additional Members Indicted: "62-count indictment charging members of the 10th Street Gang and their associates.
The gang members have been charged with racketeering, racketeering conspiracy, violent crimes in aid of racketeering, narcotics trafficking, and firearm offenses.
A total of 27 gang members have been charged in the aforementioned, and the charges carry a maximum of life in prison, a fine of $4,000,000, or both.
Three additional members have been charged with murder. Kyle Eagan, Justin Augus, and Miguel Moscoso are facing life in prison or the death penalty.
In a press conference Thursday afternoon, the FBI in Buffalo said they also need help locating a member of the 10th Street Gang from Buffalo's West Side.
Authorities identify Michael Bobbitt as the one person they are still searching for."
