Gangster Disciples: Palm Beach County arrests of suspected gang members - "nabbed 10 suspected members of a Chicago-based gang known for spreading violence across Boynton Beach, Lake Worth and West Palm Beach.
The nine men and one juvenile arrested are admitted members of the Gangster Disciples, a Chicago group born in the 1970s, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. The arrests ended an eight-month investigation dubbed 'Operation Casa Loca.'
All 10 face charges of racketeering and conspiracy to commit racketeering charges.
Arrested were: Richard Cavazos, 20; Efrain Cruz, 22; Timothy Fredeling, 20; Jetro Lormestoir, 22; Evans Lucien, 25; Jaheen McCutchen, 23; Silas Moses, 19; Michael Santiago, 21; Orlando Santiago, 25; and a 16-year-old boy. The Sun Sentinel is not naming him because of his age.
All are from the Lake Worth and West Palm Beach areas, except for Cavazos, who is from Clewiston."
