Back in August of 2007, a fistfight broke out between rival gangs 'Squad Up' and 'Wood' in front of a bar on the Las Vegas Strip.

A Squad Up gang member, identified as Robert Jackson, allegedly fired five rounds from a 9 mm handgun at Wood gang members. Four innocent tourists were shot.

As a result of the shooting, Jackson is wanted for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, attempted murder with a deadly weapon, battery with a deadly weapon with substantial bodily harm, battery with a deadly weapon, assault with a deadly weapon, criminal gang and ex-felon possession of a firearm.

'Robert Jackson is a violent young man who shows no regard for who gets hurt as a result of his reckless, dangerous behavior,' said T. Michael Earp, U.S. Marshals Service Assistant Director of Investigative Operations Division. 'His capture is our priority.'"
