North Side Crips member pleads guilty to racketeering

North Side Crips member pleads guilty to racketeering - Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: "CA member of a North Side street gang has pleaded guilty in federal court in Pittsburgh to racketeering charges.

Maurice Wallace, 22, no address available, pleaded guilty to conspiring to commit multiple crimes, including robbery, attempted murder, drug dealing, obstruction of justice and intimidation.

He is one of 26 defendants charged in February with participating in the Brighton Place/Northview Heights Crips street gang, which has been under investigation since 2005.

Wallace is scheduled to be sentenced before U.S. District Judge Gustave Diamond on May 25."
