Acquitted on Thursday, arraigned on Friday -- Page 1 -- Times Union - Albany NY: "Mustafa Graham has a new legal case. The 21-year-old Albany man was arraigned today on a felony weapon possession charge that carries a possible sentence of up to 15 years in state prison.
Graham, who authorities allege belongs to the South End-based Original Gangsta Killas street gang, known as 'OGK,' is accused of carrying a loaded .32 caliber revolver on Sheridan Avenue at 11:45 p.m. Sept. 26.
A one-count indictment charging Graham with second-degree weapon possession was unsealed this morning in Albany County Court before acting Supreme Court Justice Dan"
