Man Arrested After Police Learn of Alleged Gang Fight - News Talk 97.5FM and 1360AM: "identified themselves as associates of a known gang, all of whom were wearing red, the color of the Blood street gang. Authorities confiscated several weapons and arrested 18-year-old Seesuvan Xiong of Menasha. Xiong is charged with 3 misdemeanor counts of carrying a concealed weapon."
