Michael Rigby: After escape from Osceola County Jail, Bloods gang leader Michael Rigby fights extradition to Florida - OrlandoSentinel.com: "Bloods gang leader Michael Rigby refused on Thursday to return to Florida without a court fight, so the Osceola County Sheriff's Office is seeking his extradition from New Jersey to face escape charges, spokeswoman Twis Lizasuain said Friday.
Rigby, who escaped from the Osceola County Jail in February, has been held in Paterson, N.J., since his arrest there on April 28, records show.Shortly after his arrest, Rigby, 21, asked how long it would take to return him to Florida, according to an interview with Paterson police Det. Robert Vogt.Vogt was part of the arrest team that included the U.S. Marshals Service fugitive task force.
Rigby escaped from the county jail in Kissimmee on Feb. 19,"
