US Marshals say documented gangster held in Memphis under $1 billion bond - WREG

US Marshals say documented gangster held in Memphis under $1 billion bond - WREG: "Authorities have arrested a street gang member in Memphis and he's being held in lieu of $1 billion bond.A statement from the U.S. Marshals Service said the Mid-South Fugitive Task Force arrested 24-year-old Antwan Melvin late Wednesday night at a North Memphis home.
Melvin was wanted by the Shelby County Sheriff's Office on numerous felony counts, including especially aggravated kidnapping and aggravated robbery.
He's being held in the Shelby County Jail.
The marshals describe Melvin as a documented member of the Vice Lords gang."
