Another suspect from gang raid in custody | recordonline.com: "Seth “Stokes” Toomer, 22, of Lander Street turned himself in on Saturday night, FBI Supervisory Senior Resident Agent James Gagliano said. Toomer was listed among 60 defendants accused of selling cocaine as part of the Bloods street gang in Newburgh. Another 18 suspected members of the Latin Kings were named in a second indictment unsealed the same day.
Nearly 600 federal, state and local law enforcement agents raided dozens of city homes early Thursday morning in search of defendants listed in the indictments. Of those 78 defendants, 65 are now in custody, and authorities continue to search for the remaining 13."
