Gang-Related Shooting Injures 1 In NE Portland - Portland News Story - KPTV Portland: "18-year-old man suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound in a Tuesday night shooting in northeast Portland.
Officers were called to Northeast 18th Avenue and Dekum Street at about 7:10 p.m. after a report of shots being fired. They found the victim and paramedics took him to a nearby hospital.
The police bureau's gang enforcement team has been called to investigate the shooting because police believe it's gang-related."
