Suspected Oakland gang member arrested for Berkeley shooting - San Jose Mercury News: "Doran Williams Jr., 27, a suspected gang member, was arrested by Oakland police after a brief foot chase in Oakland, said Berkeley police spokeswoman Sgt. Mary Kusmiss.
Oakland police had followed him from a Richmond motel to Oakland where he stopped his car and ran, she said.
Police said the shooting of a 39-year-old man and 57-year-old woman who were sitting inside their car in the 1700 block of 63rd Street in Berkeley was the culmination of a 'pre-existing dispute.'
The pair remain hospitalized.
'The motive for the shootings and whether this is part of an ongoing Oakland/Berkeley border feud is still being investigated,' Kusmiss said in a statement"
