Gang member charged in March murder | wtnh.com connecticut: "Police in New Haven have charged a member of the Bloods Street Gang with murder following a March shooting.
Robert Foy, 25, is also facing assault and gun charges. Police say the victim, 33-year old Shawn Alexander, and another man were sitting in a car on Garden Street when they were shot. Alexander died from his injuries.
Police say Foy is a convicted felon and was on probation at the time of the murder. He is being held on a $2 million bond."
