Explore Howard: Laurel Police arrest gang members at Main St. Fest.: "Collins said four of those arrested were carrying pocketknives.

Michael Preston, 20, of no known address; Anthony T. Preston Jr., 23, of Howard County; Justin S. Poole, 23, of Landover Hills; and Jarrell W. Jarrell Jr., 21, of Jessup, were released with a court date of June 28. The juveniles were released to a guardian pending a court date, Collins said.

According to Collins, police officers at the festival observed a group of individuals with red bandanas hanging out of their rightside pants pockets and wrapped around their right hands, which were clenched into a fist, indications, Collins said, that they were members of the Bloods street gang."
