Suspected gang member arrested in stabbing | Washington Examiner: "suspected gang member has been arrested on suspicion of stabbing a 70-year-old woman several times while she was standing outside her Anaheim home.
Police Sgt. Rick Martinez says 18-year-old Alfredo Gonzalez was arrested Sunday after a relative told police he was hiding in the restroom of a fast food restaurant.
Martinez says he'll face attempted murder charges.
Gonzalez, a neighbor of the victim, fled after the attack Saturday morning.
The woman was stabbed in the head near her ear with an unknown implement.
She was treated at a hospital. Martinez says her wounds were not considered life threatening.
A motive for the attack was not immediately known."
